WEEKLY GUPDATE – Boerboom Music

Hi Guppies,

Madison singer/songwriter Stefan Boerboom will be a featured guest on CACTUS JOE’S COUCH CONCERT today (Tuesday 11/17/09) starting at 2 PM and ending around 4 PM.

Stefan‘s music is heavily influenced by Bob Dylan and Neil Young. He’s got a great voice and very cool original songs, as well as a few covers. He has been a regular attendee of the now “de-funked” CACTUS JOE’S HAPPY HOUR OPEN MIC.

If you are lucky enough NOT to work for THE MAN, you can attend the LIVE SHOW and meet Stefan in person.

Just RSVP HERE for directions to the venue, if you’ve never been. It’s FREE ADMISH, but BYOB.

If you can’t make the LIVE SHOW, video highlights will be posted on CACTUS JOE’S COUCH CONCERT WEB SITE tomorrow.

But there’s more! Stefan will also be the featured guest this evening from 5-6 PM on ENTER THE MEDICINE, Matt Alba’s bi-weekly radio show on WSUW 91.7 FM in Whitewater WI. Tune in during your COMMUTE if you live within 25 miles of “Whitey.”

After the radio show, the rocking continues. Stefan will perform live at the Greenhouse Coffee Shoppe in Whitewater from 7-9 PM tonight. Not even THE MAN can thwart you from attending that show, assuming you live within a reasonable distance of Whitewater. It’s FREE and as always GUPPY EFFECT T-SHIRTS and THONGS will be available at WINTER HIATUS prices. (NOTE: We are running low on women’s baby doll t-shirts. They are high quality and very popular. We still have a couple left though! Plenty of men’s in all sizes.)
